When the ‘UI/UX Design Guy’ with the skills (and ego) more in visual rather than UX Design —that’s why he and his friends prefer called themselves as UI Designer even when without UX Designer on their team (only UX Researchers)—….has the power to talk directly in daily with the CEO in a big company, that’s dangerous and can have domino effect to the company itself…even to their competitors on the business side.

And when a new leader came to this design team with no experience as a big leader like any other leader in the same level companies, no matter how better he is than that visual guy,…..it’s too late.
