This is a project for Ericsson to create a desktop app for their Internal Order Project Management Tool. The users are their internal teams such as Project Team and Logistic Team. Currently, they only use email and or chat messenger to communicate with each other and Excel/Sheets documents to input the data.
At this moment I’ll share the Figma link and the entire work flow on their team from accepting the client order to making the invoice.
The task was only to create a new improved workflow and the product design itself (prototyping is available inside Figma).
